Online Orders

We accept online orders and ship WORLDWIDE.

To place an international order:

Choose your shipping destination and preferred currency (or click 'Sign In' at the top right corner of the webpage and then click 'SHOPPING'). All our prices will automatically be converted into your chosen currency.

Shop our website as you normally would — you can shop on one website or all brands for the same orderSome products are unable to be shipped to certain locations. If you can't add an item to your shopping cart, then that item is not available to be shipped to your location.

When you're ready to buy your selections, go to checkout (or click the Checkout button at the top right corner of the cart). You can enter your billing, shipping, and payment information on the page that opens.

When requesting that parts be shipped internationally (any location outside of Hong Kong) prepayment of merchandise and freight is required in all instances. The parts will be shipped on a Freight Prepaid basis via our standard freight carriers.

You can use Visa, MasterCard or PayPal for any international order(s). The shopping cart calculates and displays a guaranteed total cost, which includes shipping. However, no duties and taxes are included to the total cost, but you can review it before you complete your order.

Shipping Schedule & Services

We receive all online orders before 12:00P.M. (UTC +08:00), Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped in sequence of when they were received, and they normally shipped within 2-3 business days. These guidelines only apply to stock on hand. If an item is not in stock, you will be contacted by phone or email.

Unless otherwise requested, we ship all orders via Hong Kong Postal or FEDEX, DHL, Aremax, etc... Deliveries normally take from 1-8 days once they leave our facility. You will be notified once the order has been shipped via courier notification service with delivery and tracking information provided.

Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Oversize Shipments

Oversize and/or overweight orders will normally be sent by ocean freight. Special arrangements may need to be made for oversize packages. If shipping via ocean freight is required for your order, we will provide a quote price before it is shipped. 

Duties and Taxes

All price shown on the website are excluded taxes, all duties and taxes are NOT included in your total.

Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and are determined by a combination of factors. These factors include the specific country of origin (or manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the various countries that carrier supports. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. All order is known as DDU (Duties and Taxes Delivered Unpaid) for our online international customers who ship their package via selected carrier.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Options

Freight charges will be added to each online order. We use HONG KONG POSTAL or FEDEX as our standard freight carrier. All freight charges are EX-Work Hong Kong warehouse. The weight, size and destination are all factors in the shipping costs of each order. All shipments sent by Courier are not covered by insurance.

If you would like your shipment to be sent through the HK Postal Service or you require expedited delivery, please call us immediately after you submit your order. We are capable of utilizing all services offered by FEDEX and the HK Post Office (i.e. 3-day, 2nd day, next day, etc.). Available options will be confirmed at the time of your email notification. Please have your invoice/order number ready.

If a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below.  All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Sun Vigor within 48 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may be denied claim to carrier and a refund.

If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:

  • IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US
  • Keep the product with its original packaging and box
  • Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
  • Sun Vigor will contact the shipper once we receive the email information above to schedule a pickup if needed.  DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from Sun Vigor.

Backordered Parts

Any product that is not in stock will be placed on backorder. Backorders will be filled as parts become available. You will be contacted by e-mail if a product you have ordered is on extended backorder. 

Any back ordered item and custom-ordered item is strictly not refundable after the order is being placed online. If you need to cancel your order, CONTACT US.  Do not send a cancellation request via e-mail. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently, and we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the backorder process.

Cancellations

Orders that are cancelled at the customer's request are subject to charges equal to the costs incurred by Sun Vigor at the time of cancellation. Cancellation MUST be submitted within 2 days of the original invoice date. A 15% administration charge based on the order amount is normally assessed for cancellations due to customer error. If you need to cancel your order, CONTACT US. Do not send a cancellation request via e-mail.

Returns

Any shipping errors by Sun Vigor require Sun Vigor's authorization and issuance of a Return Authorization Number prior to the return of the items. Important: Any package received without the Return authorization number prominently and clearly displayed on the package will be refused. Sun Vigor is not responsible for any damage incurring in transit. When returning parts, it is the customer's responsibility to adequately package and insure all contents. A 30% re-stocking and administration charge is normally assessed on returns due to customer error.

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 30% restocking and administration fee.  In some cases, we may offer a lower restocking fee if the item is returned to Sun Vigor and the balance of the restocking fee is used as store credit. To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with the original packaging.  If the item cannot be resold, or is a special order or a custom made item, we cannot accept a return.  Shipping is non refundable in either direction unless approved by Sun Vigor. All items to be returned MUST be reported within 14 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 14 days. If the package is returned to Sun Vigor, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 30% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file or will be invoiced to you.
